The following terms have been updated in the PMA:

Added to paragraph 4 Authority of Broker:

  1. Pet Agreement Addendum, Pet Fee: Each time a tenant in the Property executes a Pet Addendum to a lease Agreement which includes a Pet Fee, 100% of the Pet Fee collected shall be fully earned by Broker.  The Pet fee shall not be considered an additional security deposit, and shall not be payable to Owner.

Added to Schedule A Paragraph 5. Broker’s Fees:

  1. Pet Agreement Addendum, Pet Fee: As a courtesy to the Owner, Broker shall provide Two Thousand and no/00 Dollars ($2,000.00) for the repair of damages to the real property confirmed to be directly caused by pets approved under a valid Pet Addendum to the Lease. The aforementioned Two Thousand and no/00 Dollars ($2,000.00) shall be held by Broker and used exclusively by Broker to pay for said repairs. Additional damages caused by pets under the Pet Addendum that surpass Two Thousand and no/00 Dollars ($2,000.00) shall be the responsibility of the Tenant and/or Owner, as determined by the Lease Agreement.
